Colors on the start gate

Seems that recently the gates have been overwhelmingly KTM group and Yamaha at the amateur nationals in the 250 B and C classes. Is this because of support/contingency, bikes that much better or other reasons?

I can tell you Yamaha isn’t because of contingency. Honestly they pay crap for the most part, so I’d say that it’s for different reasons

I've always ridden the fastest most reliable bike, over the contingency...So that's why Yamaha has always had the most inventory on the track.

But back in mid 2000's-2010 it was Suzuki and Kawi's everywhere because contingency was A LOT better than the rest.
