Damn, McCassey will be forever known for his blunder on 02.
As a Fla resident it was sort of forgotten.
But for Local Cal riders, has this guy made up for his blunder? Or is he the joke that keeps on giving?

From what I hear this guy has stiffed everybody who has ever done business with him. Even his Starwest business partner Jim Facuitto bailed out several years ago,

..funny, i have heard this same rant from a few of his employees. so i know it is for sure going on at starwest. i know a few weeks ago the labor board was actually there and was interviewing several employees, and from what i heard malcolm mccassey had to pay out a bunch in fines. another interesting thing that i have heard is that the parks dept. for lake perris recieved the funding to rebuild the dam and that starwest will only be open for a few more months but they are trying to not let anyone know so that malcolm can once again skip out on all of his bills

What a piece of shit that Malcolm guy must be. The poster is obviously damn close to illiterate but I still 100% believe him. Nobody is going to go out of their way (especially when the English language is so tough) to post an add on craigs list if that didn't really happen. I hate POS people like that Malcolm. They use people that obviously desperately need work and money then stiff them when they want payment.

When they built Comp Park II, I was told that they went through 4 equipment rental companies in the 5 months that it was open for business,

Rent machines from Company #1, don't pay..

Then rent machines from company # 2, don't pay...

etc.
