Chad can win without stupid jaillaw games, he is waaay above that and it wouldn't work anyway.. remember he's got the #1 plate and he knows it.
But anything can happen in this business...
Amazing rider. Consistent, mature, and patient.
If he fails this year, it was because he decided to. If he decided to get up front, he'll be there.
If Chad feels he needs to get inside Dungey's head and mess him up a bit to get this championship I'm sure he will try.
Look at all the bashing on Alessi by other riders lately: eg Chad asking why the Navy Seal didn't do very well the other weekend. Has no one thought that this could be linked to his poorer results in the last few weeks. I'm not saying it is, I too have heard the overtraining rumours etc, but it could be a factor.
The mind is an integral part of a competitor, I think we have seen this proven with Chad and James in the last couple of years trying to play games with each others minds. What's to say Chad won't do it with Dungey?
I think Villopoto knows the power of the mind and I think at the end of the SX season he had Dungey worried and confused, it was just unlucky that RV went down.
“The best place for me to win is this weekend in Colorado. I go fast there, I know the track, and the weather should be good. Hopefully I should finally get a 450 overall win there.”

These are all facts because I typed them on the internet.
