Practicing today and coming out of a turn my RMZ just died I heard a little bit of a pop sound. Bike will not turn over. It has very good compression and I'm able to go through all the gears but the bike will not start no matter what I do now any advice would be greatly appreciated what you guys think it might be thanks
It could be a number of things. What makes you think its has good compression? What items have you checked up to this point?
Haven't checked anything yet. Don't know where to start. I mean good compression as in when I try to kick it it feels the same as when it was running fine. Any pointers would be great. Thanks
Dude either way you have to get in the motor. Might as well take her out and open her up instead of guessing or taking our guesses.
Check the plug from the loom to the fuel pump

Was the pop a backfire or something in the engine area? By turn over do you mean the motor is locked up? Or it turns over but does not fire? To add to @Rotaholic suggestion, I'd start with inspecting all electrical connections. Test all sensors, chip and staror. After that I'd inspect the plug, plug boot and fuel pump, fuel line connections.
The first thing I would do is check the plug for spark.
how many hours on the bike?
Check electrical, check plug. If nothing with those, check your piston for cracks.
