I usually don't watch stuff like that but I don't really know much about Vance. I will give this one a look and hopefully it won't be a waste of time like most politician interviews. Don't know much about Von either.
Watched for a bit. Vance seems like a good dude. But, there is a point in some of these long form interviews where the stuff that I am interested in is swallowed up by all the stuff that I am not. Same with Rogan and Lex Fridman.
Ended up watching Jonah Goldberg interview Kenneth Pollack. Very interesting. Start to finish.
I like Theo, he's got a unique personality that's not for everyone and I get that.
I'll give you a breakdown. JD talks a lot with Theo about addiction, being that Theo has had issues and JD's mom is 10 years in recovery. JD talks about going to NA meetings with his mom when he was a teenager to understand his mom. He talks about where the fetenynol(sp) is currently coming from.
Some Ohio State/Michigan talk which is humorous. There is a bunch of light hearted moments. Basically the interview, in my opinion shows how normal JD is.

I still don't don't know much about his politics but he is a fuck of a lot more normal than his boss. I just hope he doesn't turn into a pathetic, brown noser like Trump demands from everybody else around him. As for Theo, I never heard of him before a week ago or so.
Yeah, Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk.... When I think of "pathetic brown nosers" this is the group I think of.

This is a MUCH better interview if you want to know what JD Vance thinks and where he stands on a LOT OF ISSUES.
Just off the top of my head as I just got done listening to it:
-Blackrock owning realestate, Dick Cheney, Iraq, Iran, Germany defending itself, England, mix race kids, gender reassignment, wages for lower income people in America, the racial divide is bigger now then it was 16 years ago, big tech was enabled to become a monopoly and should be broke up.
One funny moment early on in the interview was when he talked about Kamelas laugh. He likened it to a person who causes a traffic accident, gets out of their car laughing, saying that everything is alright, no big deal.
He actually references Ramstein, the German band. Caught me off guard.
He said something interesting that i haven't thought of in regards to Blackrock owning so many homes, that they could possibly go against 1st and second amendment rights by Blackrock telling its renters that they could not live in their homes and own firearms or place political signs in their front yards.

So hey, Sherlock Holmes. So maybe you found ONE in his current sphere that has managed not to draw fire yet. Give it time. . How about everybody else in his cabinet that lasted more that a few months as long as they wore the kneepads. Most people won't put up with his bullshit. That's why he had the biggest cabinet turnover since the 80's. Maybe longer. That doesn't count White House staff either. That's another nightmare.
