The guy just keeps getting better and better. Puts in a solid 2nd overall. Gives some constructive criticism on the track crew for the first moto, then pumps them up on the second. Congratulates Dungey and Regal on their impressive rides. Then when you think that's not enough he helps Regal with his goggles to give more exposure to his sponsors.

He's got my vote.

I used to hate Reed cause he was always crying on the podium. But now I've really grown to be a big fan of his. He is really well spoken now and a great representative for the sport.

Last year that was more of a "wall" than a jump, eh? Maybe this year too?

Oh, and I feel the same on Reed.

They actually had a small take-off thing before that 'wall' and Byrner was the only guy actually 'doubling' over that wall. Totally insane thing he was doing,,, I finally got around to take a picture of him doing it and he cleared the wall, and landed outta shape and crashed. I caught a good bit of the sequence of all that on the D200. Will post 'em tomorrow.

Reed has been getting more and more " real " if you will, Kinda like he's letting his true personality show through. He just wants to win more and more every race. He has always been my favorite.

I've always been a massive Chad Reed fan, but these last couple of seasons have made it easier and easier to support him 100%.

Everyone changes including Reed.

Reed's the fucking man now. And he was "one of the fucking men" his whole career.

He can say and do shit now because he has credibility, perspective, insight and security.

And he can still ride his ass off and get to the front.
That's what 4 US titles will do for you.
He's proven. Or in MTV terms "made"

I like when he reached over and fixed Regal's goggles on the podium. He seemed like he was happy that Regal did so well.

That was a classy, moving the towel that Regal had covering his goggle strap during the podium interview. And then he know's he is in the shot, so he takes another swig on the Monster can.

Yep, that was pretty funny and cool.

I used to really dislike Chad, the quivering lip on the podium when he didn't win drove me nuts. I do think he's changed, or maybe grown up some.

I dig listening to him speak his mind, Dungey should take some notes.
