So I built a 2003 rm125 for the dream race this year at Washougal and had an absolute blast and we are thinking about making it a yearly thing. On our way down we stopped in Toutle and rode at Toutle motorsports park and it was by far one of the funnest places I have ridden in my life, the 2 vet tracks we're pretty fast but with smaller jumps and soft/sandy dirt which for someone who still has to go back to work this is right up my ally. Just looking for input on other places like this to ride next year when we end up going down as well, or just other things to do in general. Good camping spots, good tracks, other just general fun things to do etc. We went down for 4 days and next year the trip will be a week I think, Woodland motocross park is already on the list forsure.
Any input appreciated!
Woodland is a winter only track so unlikely to be running around the same time as the dream race. To fill out your week- Mt View in Sandy Oregon isn't far and has practices every Tuesday in the summer. Albany MX has practices on Wednesday PIR races every Thursday. PARC is open a lot of the time hard to say a year in advance though.
Oh man thats a bummer, everyone we talked to at Washougal told us to try Woodland out nobody mentioned it was winter only. I'll take it off the list haha
Ya the dirt at Woodland is like flour unless it gets a ton of moisture. Good for rainy Winter but just doesn't work for Summer
PM me. I have access to a couple private tracks that you can try out. Otherwise you got the list already. Can't believe no-one mentioned PiR Thursday Night Motocross. That's a must do event.

Burnt ridge is a maybe depends on how long you come down. Typically it's every other weekend. Dirt similar to washougal. Think it was closed dream race weekend open weekend before and after it.
I second Burnt Ridge, it’s a sweet layed back place
That would be awesome! I'll shoot you a message!
Sounds like an awesome trip! Unfortunately, I am on the East Coast.
If you really want to mix it up and make a vacation out of it, head further south in Oregon and visit Florence, OR and have some fun riding in the dunes! There is almost no end to where you can ride there, and some of it oceanside. Definitely a plus to have a paddle tire if you go that route though, but a lot of fun and plenty of places to camp.
Burnt ridge is a cool track to check out if it lines up well!
