Imo he's gone off the deep end. Yes in the past he's provided info that wasn't out there but he's also provided 95% hate, bs, and basic info that's not significant to 99% of the people on this forum. He has some points about things I can agree with but find myself not aligned with his views a lot. I don't watch all the videos but sometimes ill click on one if I have nothing else and I'm cooking. I use ad blocker so its not like he actually gets my view. I never really looked into it but I do believe he is deleting all the negative comments to gain support. Everywhere you look peopl are talking negative about the guy. It seems to be working to increase the "mob". I saw his headlines for videos about the Vegas race and the premiere video and thought to myself this guy is out there and stupid. Then I clicked on his live today and literally laughed out loud when he's in the desert filming absolutely nothing. What was the point? Then I go and click on a racer x video and first comment is "free cooksie" instant face palm. His followers are special. He was never this crazy and out there years ago. Yes he was different for sure but he's been getting out of hand.
Oh also his lies in the videos about the comments pertaining to the visit really turned me off. Just think people actually believe this guy and are around us daily. We're doomed.

I almost feel like he could have had a go at this thing if he'd lay off the crazy stuff and stick with facts, first takes, interesting rumors type stuff.

These guys like Cooksey and Slowie, who claim that MX Sports, Feld, etc is trying to control the narrative.... they should go try to film an NFL game and then stream it. See what happens? These companies have big TV and streaming contracts, so they probably have a right to protect that to a point. And with the internet and social media, it's sort of the wild wild west. You can't have everybody with their phone live streaming the events, especially popular channels. MX Sports, Feld, etc probably has a tough time dealing with that, and I'm sure they get hounded for press passes constantly.
And as far as "being silenced" and "controlling the narrative", I find it ironic and hypocritical that guys like Cooksey complain about that, but then they do the same thing on their own channel by silencing people that disagree with them. Cooksey's comment section is highly edited, and he'll shadow ban you eventually if you aren't all in with his "mob".

Lastnight I had his earlier video from Vegas pop up in my suggested videos. I watched it and it gave me the same feelings I saw people post about here. Looked like a scouting video. I honestly do not think it was. But He should be careful . Snooping around so close to an airport and a major sporting event that the FBI already visited him about being a possible threat to , is not a safe thing to do. Even if he made up the FBI stuff, snooping around like that gives the vibes of not good stuff.
I've always thought that his open hate towards the Promoters gave him a bad look and hurt his credibility. And after these stunts, its easy to see that he is letting his hate cloud his judgement. I hope that somebody close to him is able to help him see how he looks to the people outside of his " Mob". It could be a good thing to have a truly independent person doing what he has claimed he was wanting to do. I just hope he doesn't do anything to step up the level of crazy.
As far as people on here posting crazy stuff, I must have missed the people posting that they were livestreaming and considering showing up armed to do things that may not be legal. Up until he did those things, He was able to go and watch a race like anybody else. And if anybody on here makes comments on a public forum about going to a race with weapons to do something that may not be legal, I would hope they get the same visit from the feds and wake up call that he got. Anybody that posts online knows or should know how seriously stuff like that is taken. The livestreaming part is not so bad that I'm sure he could have still gone to races if he just didn't do that again. But if he's been asked multiple times not to do it, and kept doing it. Maybe not.
Its just sad to see.

Hey Michael, Why is this post even up? This Cooksey guy is no joke, he is mental. All this post does is add to his need for exposure and fuels his fire for more. A link to his YouTube site only makes the fools who support him believe that he really is somebody. You and I both know he is a wannabe Moto media guy and unless you support his cause there is no reason for his name to be mentioned on your pages. Even some of your members believe some of the things he is saying. For those of you that do believe some of his crap, I can tell you after being in this industry for a while now he is talking out of his ass. If what he says were true, you would be reading statemensts from all the teams, riders, sponsors, and anybody else involved. If things were so bad why are there thousands of kids and parents trying to break into the pro ranks? If things were so bad how come we can sell out most stadiums 17 times a year? I wish I had a number for how much it takes to put on one Supercross or National. The amount of people imvovled is staggering, and none of them work for free. So before anybody else wants to jump all over Feld or MX Sporte, do some research first and see exactly what it takes to promote a nation wide race series. I say eliminate any posts with the Cooksey name in them, but you can keep mine if you want. 😁

I think its good to leave it. I found Vital from it showing up often in Google search results. Yes I knew about it before that, but started to visit it more often because of it always being there. Leaving it up allows that to happen and people to see that he is getting pushback on a lot of stuff he posts , but deletes it. Shows how he is himself trying to control the narrative . Along with the other reasons stated for keeping it alive.
I can understand wanting to get rid of it and posts about him. But that may add to his credibility in some peoples minds.
Say You find his videos and have never heard of him or seen anything on here about him. You wonder if there is more to his story so you go to the google and see what pops up. And nothing pops up. So perhaps You start to think that maybe there is some bit of truth to his ramblings.
