i'm too lazy to look up the relevant laws...but I find it odd that millions of people voted for Biden in the primaries. He was the only option. So he's the nominee. Then he has a stroke and is forced out, and now those millions of votes are ignored and the nominee is Harris? Cause Biden says so? How is that legal? The voters were given no other options, chose Biden....and now are having Harris forced on them? This from the party is always trying to "save democracy"?

Primaries are clubhouse popularity contests. The parties can do whatever they want, albeit pissing off their constituents isn't too great of a plan. The election and legal votes occur in November.

How ballots are presented to the voting public is one of the stupidest reasons why this country refuses to move beyond a two party system. And unfortunately, that is more a comment on the intelligence of the voting public than the rigged system itself.

Again...and this is the point they've (Trump campaign) made...they had that agreement with their (Biden campaign) duly primary elected candidate...

So...they're NOT offering HER the same terms.
