That second race was so frustrating, I think of Herlings didn't go down with Bonacorsi he would've won. He's going to need some luck to win the championship, there's not a lot of races left considering the points he needs to make up

It was first time I see Herlings give up. But in reality, it was very hot day and he looks done with fitness. From bad start, two crashes, to fourth place, he was again fantastic.

He did not give up, something happened to the bike you could see he was Shaking his head when it happend, i think it was the clutch. But he was not allowed to say anything about it by ktm so he made up an excuse. In indonesia his clutch broke and he Said that in the interview and ktm propably did not like that

I don't buy that he 'gave up' or had a bike issue. He just realised he was never going to catch Calvin. Nobody could at that point.

These days he's mature and smart enough to know if & when to back off.

I don't know, he made passes throughout the race both in the corner immediately after the rhythm section and the corner before they drop down the hill on the run towards the finish line. Also I think Malin said he heard a noise in that corner where Herlings backed off? But even if he did say that it doesn't mean there was

There was no way that Herlings was passing Vlaanderen in the last couple of corners. He had been pushing like crazy all moto and realized that and did the smart thing and backed off. Amazing ride nonetheless and i have a feeling that this will go down yet again as a season where he will dominate a large part of the season but come up just short on the title.

I’m just super happy Herlings raised his old form again. It looked for a while that wasn’t the case anymore. He is just a savage and a guy that keeps grinding. Like him or not but he deserves allot of respect for that!!

I’m just hoping he stays healthy and on this kind off form those last couple of years he is still on the gate! Man, he brings allot of excitement in those races coming from the back!

I stay by the track and Herlings bike was noise free.

What we saw from the Czech Grand Prix was exactly why I love this sport so much deep in my heart!

The crowd the atmosphere the track the weather and on top absolutely masterclass racing!

I was standing up on the floor watching herlings pushing in both mxgp motos when he was looking at his opponents at that jump every lap an did a small scrub at the same time just pure gold!

When motocross is like this it’s just amazing to watch and it deserves so much more credit I just love it 🫶

Since I'm recovering from a knee surgery and had some free time, decided to make a small contribution to what @kaidodragon was doing...

I really thought the pass on Prado by the 243 was impressive. Both guys were setting a fast pace.

I am sorry I do not know the riders name, but does anybody know how the rider (KTM) is doing that crashed at the start of the 2nd GP moto and got trapped under his bike?  I was cringing watching, he had to have been getting cooked by his exhaust pipe 😬
