Partially wrong, the whole reason behind the 350 is usable power. The onyl people who can ride a 450 to its full potential are RV CR JS RD. Other than that, NO ONE can ride a 450 like its supposed to be ridden. You think you might be using all the power on the 450, your not, that bike is for lazy people IMO. The 350 gives more usable power.
possibly, but those guys can't do it on a sx track either. and i think stewart or rc could go faster on the current 450 bikes in mx more so than a 350.

do you think these will sell here. we went to a new dealer here and he told us dealing withy KTM is a pain in the ass. he told us they want him to buy 5 other bikes before they will give him one, seems stupid to me
You need to STFU before everyone discovers you don't know jack.

I know it wasnt here in the states, but last year Carolli ran a sleeved down cylinder in his Factory Yamaha. he was running a 400. More useable power! The 350 is going to be great for the average joe, where the 450 has way to much hit. Also little riders should really benifiet.

Have you been to any local track in America on any weekend? Tell me what color you see...
Offroad here in Texas and I know a friend said in il, it's all orange. Something like 70% or something crazy like that. They have been focusing on offroad and now they are starting to focus on MX. Look at the 150sx. Sold out everywhere. They seem to be going to their own beat, but have plans while they do. It has taken them a while, but they are slowing gaining popularity even in MX. 10 years ago, 99% of the MXer's would have said, I wouldn't ride orange if they paid me.

Them two could handle the 450's they proved it. The 3/4 rest of the field would be better off on the 350 and like adamdf said, they would be able ride longer motos. I think

Lightweights will probably be the ones that buy a 350. Bigger guys will be at a disadvantage on it.

My local KTM dealer said they are getting a bunch of them now because interest has been so high KTM has seriously upped production. At first it was going to only be like 2 and now they are getting 8.

After a dismal 2008-09 sales season sales have picked up tremendously and my local dealer is ordering a bunch of 2011s.

They even told me I could come on by and borrow a 350F as the shop is going to own one and they have let me take out the shop bikes for a test ride in the past.

The 350F sounds awesome and I suspect I could turn the fastest lap times on this new 350F but I'd still rather have a 300-350cc DI 2 stroke at this point.

At only 1 hp less than the 450, it should be interesting. Wondering how many RPM's they will turn to do that? I'm excited to see/hear/ride one.

150 is too big for the class......the 350 is already legal in the 450 class, hmmm there is your difference..........to the guy who says he is gonna roost everyone to the first corner on 100 more cc couldnt be farther from the truth.........get on a track and their will be kids on 85's and 250f's running circles around you.......rv and a few others are running top 5 overall times in outdoor mx, cairoli is in the points lead on one........it will not be a disadvantage and yes it is gonna be huge.......kawi has taken over the last year from honda at the tracks i ride, ktm;s are on the rise, won 3 shootouts and will kill it next year in sales............rumors of suzuki and honda already working on a 350 circulating, and the fact that ktm has prolly already sold 1/3-1/2 of em already and its not even here yet...the big 4 will feel a hit in their sales! how big of a hit?......we'll see
