Anyone from the Washington Oregon area? Been looking for a recipe for years. My friend had it a long time ago was call Mongolian bbq. Had like a shaved steak egg noodles with pineapple, sesame seed, and some kind of sweet spicy sauce but I can’t find anything helpful online. Made a few of those recipes and the taste was way off from what I remember

Don't know about recipe....but down here in Cali malls, there used to be a chain of places that were Mongolian BBQ.   You picked your meat and veggies and what sauce/spice level you wanted filling a bowl with as much as you could cram into it.   Then you would take it  up to the chefs who cooked it all on a big round flat top grill.     Man....it was always really good.    Especially for mall food.

I'd say go search Mongolian BBQ on YouTube.

Jenn's always finding some good recipe there.

My version of the Sausage McMuffin.....

Red egg w/runny yolk , some mexican cheese, a kiss of chipotle mayo, pork sausage...and of course, Avocado.  All on a  toasted English muffin...with a side of air fried hash brown.

Wife's family asked me to smoke a brisket for 4th of July. I kindly obliged. Turned out great.

My favorite current indulgence/weakness. Baked potatoe slathered in butter, covered in sour cream, season salt, pepper, and a little rosemary. Had a nice salad and a banana for lunch. Now I’ve had three of these!

Chicken thighs, sweet potato chips, witlof (the white stuff) and the rest is self explanatory. I always add pepper.

Homemade  “Zinger”. Needs some adjustments and it’ll be pretty close to factory.

“Sizzle Steak” (over cooked) and scrambled eggs. Beats Micky D’s delivered from a drone.

Not my pic....but what I cooked came out looking just as good.

This is from Martha Stewarts "Marley Spoon" meal service.   I'm not a fan of MS....but these meals are pretty kick ass for trying adventurous meals.

They send you all ingredients in the amounts you need and you do the cooking.    This dish was amazing.    I love cooking foods with complex flavors.

One more "BOMB" good meal from that service.    ...again, not my pic, but ours looked just like this.

This one IS my pic...

Mexican Street Corn Chicken Salad.

Feta, cilantro, sunflower seeds, radish slices, charred corn and Tex-Mex marinated chicken served over chopped Romaine.

Drizzled with a mayo, lime crema.

Flavor explosion....

I usually prefer roasting chicken as I love the crispy skin, but man, this was one of the best chickens I ever ate. Chicken, champagne, tarragon.

1 Stick Butter, 1 White Onion, 4 Garlic cloves, 3 cups heavy cream, 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Italian Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste, Red Pepper Flakes(optional, 1 tsp) 1-1.5 cups parmesan cheese, Handful Chopped Parsley, 1-2 Pounds Chicken Breast(same seasonings as sauce, or any seasoning of your choice) Pasta of your choice(I used a pack of costco 5 cheese tortellini)
This was so good, makes a lot of food, I used the hexclad wok to make the sauce and mixed everything and it was almost full.
