Well Tuesday I rode at Cahuilla and it rocked, yesterday I rode my bicycle and cleaned airfilters, today I gotta drive to San Diego and Friday I'm hitting up Pala.

This is cool.... when u headed to Pala next Dr Sean .

BTW Just had 5 cups of Joe and my balls already feel safer.

I agree. At first I thought it was the stupidest thing. But, with technology these days, and kids growing up with so many things that were unheard of, even in my short life, to be a fan of this sport with such young participants, it makes sense.

I think the part of twitter that is pretty neat, is that you're getting info straight from the source. It's not their sponsors talking for them, it's not a watered down press release, and you don't have to wait for a mag or web site to interview your favorite rider, just to see what they're up to.

FYI - Stroupe just tweeted that one of his "friends" hijacked his account and posted that nicotine tweet. He says it's not true. He also referenced that it was "posted up" which I think is a reference to Vital.

Check out Wil and Tommy hahn's last twmx video. They both stopped on the way to the track at Starbucks to grab a coffee it looked like to me. We going to start hating on them now too?

Windham has been drinking a coke in the last few post race video's that I've seen on either racerx or twmx. I remember an interview with KW from a few years back and he said he and his mechanic Alley had a bet that he could't stop drinking soda because he would drink a 6 pack a day. I don't think a soda here and a coffee there is a big deal. These guys are putting in the work.

I really don't even notice a cup of coffee in the hands of a pro rider any more. The nicotine thing usually comes in the form of that little "smokeless tobacco" pouch they usually refer to as dip.
