He does not. The Legion Post 338 still owns it but the Johnson family runs it from my understanding. I was also told that the Legion donated the land that that schools are on to the town which I'm sure plays into what they can and can't do.

I think somebody hit the nail right on the head when they said the local community. It's Massachusetts, not Commifornia

If the legion stills owns the land Johnson owns the race and is not a non profit. When the Name Changed MX338 was no more. He is the track owner. The land?

That usually doesn't stop homeowners from complaining about what happens in their neighborhood.  Cool that this place is an exception.

Exactly! Just like the dip-shi#'s who knowingly move into close proximity of an airport or under it's runway flight path.

Southwick wasn't on the pro schedule in between race promoters. The town of Southwick learned very quickly how much money the race brought into the town. I'm pretty sure the school alone gets a cut too all of the money from the parking fee.
