I have it on my fc350 -24. Haven't tested the engine feature but I do like the gps! It's just like a LitPro.
would love to know how much the engine brake feature works, i would like as little as possible!
I just installed one on my 23 350sxf and it wouldn't connect. I'm guessing I'll have to get the ecu updated?
That's what worried me. Keep us posted

I have it on my ‘23 350 SX-F. The dealer had to update the ECU to get it to pair.
It was definitely worth the money.
I’ve created a couple of maps playing around with things like traction control and engine braking and it definitely makes a difference.
I also paid for the Rider subscription. The data logging is really cool, but for some reason I can’t get it to read jump distance or height.
Glad to hear it's worth it, I'll hopefully get mine to dealer next week to get updated.
When you send a new map to the bike does it go to the white or the green map on the handlebar switch?
It goes to the white map. The green map always stays the same.
I had the same issue the one day the GPS piece did work.
I have it installed on a 2022.5 450 factory edition. The dealer had to update the ecu to get it to work. The engine features still work in the app, but the GPS portion has quit working completely and even says "disabled" in the app, without the option to change it. I have a support case open with KTM but haven't heard back on a solution yet.
Don't think KTM has the bugs ironed out of this yet.
I have the 211/2 version and like the what I can do with the power delivery and engine braking. I’ve had no issues with it. Map two is not adjustable and for when I’m feeling frisky.
I put a support request in also and haven’t heard anything back.
I just checked the app and found there is a firmware update. Maybe it will help with some of the bugs.

I had it on my 22, 450sxf just to adjust the engine braking because that was the only thing i didnt like about those motors. It definitely helped reduce the engine braking, i never made new maps or adjusted the traction control cus to me the 450sxf was pretty perfect with the two factory maps, i just wanted less engine braking. I had a shop install it because it does require an ecu flash to connect. I think they charged me 150$ or 1 hour worth of labor.
New 24 gg ex250f...hooked up cuo only no gps...update popped up so did it...reduced engine braking and set power to full aggressive...works perfect!
You have to pick a terrain type which really boils down to soft, standard, or aggressive maps. Then you can edit the other parameters. I am pretty sure both white and green are modified. It is pretty easy to check on a 250f. Just put the soft map in and see if white and green both suck or if only white does.
The soft map option is nice and easy going at low rpm but then hits hard as the bike accelerates. The standard and aggressive maps are more consistent throughout the throttle and rpm range. Maybe the 350 or 450 soft maps work better?
minimum engine braking won’t make it feel like a two stroke but it is a noticeable difference.
My gg of course came with no map sw...so you are saying even with CUO I should still have a map sw?
I would think you would need it especially if you want to play with the traction control settings.
I don't care about those on a 250f
I think you will be stuck in white map but it should update that map and also the litpro stuff should work too without the map switch if you buy the full package. The litpro is $70 a year though. If you can borrow a map switch you can put it in green map and it should stay in green even without the switch.

Just tried the latest cuo update to see if it’d fix my gps disabled issue. Still no luck
Man that sucks. It did fix my jump distance and height not logging. Does the green light for the GPS come on?
I got one, installed it but doesn’t work if you use a Vortex. I kind of guessed that, but was hoping the LitPro feature would work and it doesn’t. It doesn’t cost too much so I’m not too worried, and I’ll leave it on when I finally sell my bike as something cool for the next owner
This might be more of a lit pro question but do you have to ride a lap with it to learn the track before it will log? I was hoping to use the litpro on during a hare scramble but we don't get to pre ride the course so I just need it to log data.
No you have to complete around 3 laps to get the system to build the track. I'm not exactly thrilled about that, and I hope they can change it to allow data logging without it having to be a "track".
The GPS light never comes on anymore. Finally got a reply back from KTM support this morning that they think the GPS mouse is bad, and to bring to dealer to have them warranty it. I already ordered a new one and once it gets here I'll report back if that fixed it.
I had the CUO only added to my 2023 250 SXF without the GPS. I installed it myself and was able to get it to connect to the app, but once I went to load a new map the app said I needed an update. I brought it to my dealer and after about a 30 min plugin and update I was all set. They did that for me for free since I bought the unit through them. After the update everything for me has worked perfectly.
Does anyone know what the "stock" White or Green map parameters would be on the advanced adjusters within the app? It would be nice to know a true starting/reference point on the throttle response, engine braking, and traction control on their 1-5 ranges.
I know that picking between hardpack, sand, and gravel, as well as wet/dry combinations will correlate to Soft, Standard, and Aggressive. I'm guessing White is Standard, and Green is Aggressive?
I’ve got one for sale if anyone wants one! Message me it’s off a 2021 ktm F/E
The KTM instructions give you all the information you would ever want about installing the unit and how to route the wires and where to put cable ties, but absolutely nothing on how to use the thing once it's installed.
I have been going off the assumption that the stock maps are 3 for traction control, throttle response, and engine braking.
That was my guess as well. I figured the following applied:
Green = Aggressive = Hardpack/Dry at 3 all around
White = Standard = Gravel/Dry at 3 all around
the only way to get Soft is with Wet/Gravel
What i'm also still unsure of is how TC factors in. Maybe TC off is a 1, and TC on is a 3 stock? I guess if you update the white map you can still turn TC off or on as well.
If anyone knows any better or has more info please correct me.
Also if anyone has any custom maps they really have liked for the 250 SXFs please share.
I’ve been playing with different settings and have made a few maps. TC does still work when set to 1 it’s just way less aggressive. There is also a noticeable difference setting engine braking to 2 as it makes the bike feel freer.
Whatever map you pick and whatever you do with the sliders is supposed to apply to white and green. I assume the "standard" setting with all sliders set to 3 is stock like the bike is off the showroom floor. The TC slider should only have affect the engine when TC is on.
If you had to get an update to make the CUO work on your bike then you also got the latest mapping from KTM. Since KTM first released the new 250f in 2022 there have been some calibration updates, and the engine response is more aggressive than it was when first launched. Some of the 2024 250 shootouts mention this.
