I have always posted......but with 94 phoney indictments by the dishonest DemoRats it was time to educate a few Vitard posters.

They were more sensitive than I thought......we will work on that. Wink

Higher energy costs affect more than our daily driving. It affects every facet of our life. Raising inflation to unheard of levels since Jimmy Carter.

Gas prices are extremely affected by future production. Biden suspended oil leases and declared the end of fossil fuels. He thinks we can switch to EVs by 2030. I think that is pretty crippling to an industry.

As far as inflation being global, do you not think it’s affected globally by the inflation here?

Almost immediately after he signed his day one executive orders, our fuel went up. But it wasn’t the Executive orders that caused it, right?

The selling off of our SR’s was a bandaid move that didn’t give much relief, and made us vulnerable. Him buying back now is because it’s an election year. I doubt seriously that we are paying less for the oil than when we originally filled the reserves.

For the sake of dialog, if you feel the chance of Biden losing are slim, why donate 1K to Trump?. It would seem like wasted money instead of an investment.

I do agree with inflation hindering retirement. Getting into a trade was my investment in my future. Now, six figures barely seems to cover the cost of  paying bills.

Funny thing re-oil. Oil prices shot up when Russia invaded Ukraine. Biden sold a ton of oil into the market to bring the cost back down. Now that prices are lower, hes buying it back at a profit of nearly $30/barrel. Literally made billions for the US on oil. Also, under Biden the US has produced more oil than ever. So I'm really not sure what you're talking about when you say he cripppled the oil industry

As for inflation, thats been a global issue, tough to blame him there.

MaGats don’t like to hear that 🤣🤣🤣

You do realize the two biggest backers of the green energy initiative is Saudi Arabia and Russia, right? What happens next? We are more reliant on their output, and once that happens there is a huge demand for output from us and we are right back in the middle of an oil boom. Nothing to see there...

ENERGYWIRE | President Joe Biden has approved nearly 50 percent more oil and gas drilling permits for wells on federal land since taking office than former President Donald Trump did in his first three years, according to newly released data from the Interior Department.

Trump has sought to cast Biden’s climate and clean energy policies as choking off U.S. oil and gas production, although output of both of those fuels reached record levels last year.

Money in Trumps pocket is money in Trumps pocket.

What I don’t get is how you’re saying inflation is holding you back from retirement and, will still drop 1K on a billionaire instead of investing in yourself.

I'm pretty sure "saying you donated a grand to Trump" and "actually donating a grand to Trump" are not the same thing.

Hell, I just donated 100 billion dollars to tin foil production, but I'm not expecting much return on investment.

Or did I?

So in your opinion, a guy campaigns to end fossil fuels, on his first day in office signs several EO’s closing land for drilling, as well as other initiatives to kill the fossil fuel industries, gas quickly doubles in price, and it’s a coincidence.

Did you miss the part where ML reached out to Rich and got a comment and posted in that exact thread that your talking about?

What more would you like him to do?

Edit to add: I tagged you in the thread so you can see what you clearly missed.

ML fired a warning shot instead of clipping his account - that's what we want, right? ML elicited a statement from Taylor that filled in the most important gap of the story - that's what we want, right? I'm starting to think ML ran off with your woman and is drinking mai-tai's on the beach with your child support payments.
