Spent 3-5 years racing xc mountain bikes and finished in the top 5 of my age group in the US nationals. But sure….i know nothing about XC racing.
Show me anyone that has been competitive in world cup XC racing that wasn't from tour level road or Jr-U23-Elite? Age group Nationals and world cup is nowhere near the same, but you clearly know that.
