I had a KX 420 that I put a interceptor 500 front end on and chopped the rear shock and road raced back in 89 . That thing would keep up with Ninja 750's .

Damn, that takes the RC bend bars to whole new level. I bet Motocross Action is going to hate that bike. <img class= " title="Wink">

So you think that the AMA and WERA having a one off spec class for dirt bikes with road plastic is going to take precedence over the FIM and worldwide motocross?

and there really is no AMA amateur racing so it's basically WERA only and they're primarily a E/SE sanction

I saw those in Sport Rider Magazine last month. Made me think that would be a fun bike to race.

It would be a hell of alot cheaper to race a 600. They had a few of them at moto GP last year. Supermoto puts alot of stress on cranks, road racing a 450 would be fun but expensive.
