Is Eric Gorr still doing big bore kits and selling them? I have a cylinder that needs to be replated so I figured I wouldn't pay money to get it back to stock, I'd get more power!!! Cause that's what any self proclaimed man would/should do. Anyone have an e-mail or phone number I can call/type?

Not anymore he posted a few months back he was no longer doing big bore kits. Only porting.
Bummer. Anyone have a number for him or an e-mail?
He is retired. But I think he still sells parts that are in stock.

Very nice guy to talk to and seems to be very knowledgeable about the cr's.
The 00-03 cylinders wont accept any larger bore than 56mm (134cc) unless you offset bore it towards the intake side.
But as others said talk to TMR, i had Gorr do a 154cc cr125 engine for me about 10 years ago and that was just a mess…
TMR isn't an option right now, just emailed him last week and he said he is backlogged and not taking new work for the time being.
I’m needing the same thing. Figure if it’s going to have to be bored/replated anyway I might as well get it ported as well. I just checked gorrs website and he’s now selling hpp 144 cylinders that apparently fit all the way from 87 to 02. He apparently removes the power valve and makes up for it with porting. I’d love to know if anyone has tried it and how it works on the 2002. I can’t imagine that removing the power valve would help anything
I would imagine they are using a HPP cylinders...
