Cranking down way too hard on the single steering stem nut, make sure your bearings are greased.
Could be damaged Steering Head bearings, especially with that feeling you mention.
Impact 'notching' is a pretty common thing.
The bearings seem fine on the stand.
Low front tire pressure.

Chopper affect. Too much sag out back and fork tubes too low in the triple clamps.
Good luck
This is the info I was looking for, since I didn't suspect bearings and my front was at 13psi. Thanks. I'll double check
What do you have your triple clamp nut snugged at? It’s a pretty light torque, and really easy to overdo it and bind the steering on the KTMs since they don’t use a spanner nut for preload.
The only thing that has changed/I've messed with is suspension removal and reinstall for servicing. Set my sag at 100 with no helmet or boots. So I'll start there.
I was wondering which setup made that affect. Low or hi in rear
My sag was at 95mm.
Try going 102-105, take some weight off the front tire
