Go Baggett! Barely squeezed in the main event and wins the damn thing. Awesome! Has anyone ever done that?

Damon Bradshaw in 1991 I believe MC did in the late 1990's great ride for Baggett none the less.

Looking at GuyB's first turn sequence it looks like he was fortiunate to have the 20th gate pick. He was all the way on the outside and missed most of the carnage in the first turn. A good pick would have had knee deep in that mess. Sometimes bad qualifying luck can turn into a good finish.

Actually, Blake's trainer, Nathan Ramsey went to the LCQ in 1999 at the Vegas Shootout and won, as well as the 2002 Michigan 450 race and won. Pretty cool. Nate was so pumped for him!
