went to the doctors today

I took a peek at my xray on my wrist.. you can see where there STILL is a clean cut directly through the middle of my scaphoid bone in my wrist.. call me stupid or whatever but i thought it might have healed wrong. turns out its been continueing to re-break every time i "jammed" it.. everybody told me to get over it and "its not broken so shut up"

well, it is broken. im getting surgery on it, ill be out for 3 months or so.. same injury bubba has. exept with mine i continued to ride/race on it for a year and half.

Took a year to get mine to finally heal.... with the screw in it! the x-ray is still ugly but atleast the nacrosis reversed itself and they didnt have to fuse it like RJ had to have done! That was 2001 and it still hurts everyday.... good luck with that!

Sounds to me like you should've let it heal properly in the first place and had a doctor check it and release it before getting back on the bike. My parents were strict about that with me when I was younger, and I'm damn glad they were. Although my bones hurt a bit when the temp changes, I know they are all healed well. I have a few buddies who had a habbit to cut off their casts and go riding... they aren't doing so well these days.
