Years ago I posted about toy dirt bike track pieces I made for my son and I was trying to have them manufactured. It took a long time and was much harder than I had ever expected but I am finally able to produce them and offer them for sale. Great idea and I hope to take more pictures with the toys in them. They were designed with 1:32 in mind but you can't really find those anywhere anymore. The 1:24 scale official SX toys by Spin Master work great and can be found at Target. (When they aren't sold out. Amazon also sells a 5 pack which is a great bargain.

The layout shown is 24" x 42". The pieces are made modular so you can make a number of different configurations. I know it is a bit pricey so I am trying to find ways to reduce the cost. They take a bit to make and I believe it is comparable to others I have seen on Etsy, etc., for the quantity and quality.

Thanks! I also have other products on the way to accent the MOTO Kit but some can be used without buying the whole kit. Still working on it.
The toy bikes nowadays are such trash. In the early 2000’s they had moving suspension and swappable parts, the rider could come off and didn’t have oven mitts for hands..
Assuming those bikes you have are custom? Not seen any of them for sale, although I thought I saw a kid playing with a KTM 1/32 on a commercial during a race at one point this season.
I have a Kawi Tomac, Honda Roczen, and Yamaha Josh Hill now. Doesn't seem like they've updated them lately.
Yes the bikes in my pic are custom graphics. The actual models though are the Spin Master 1:24 scale so you can see how they fit with the product. If you saw a kid playing with one on TV, chances are it was the 1:24. I have seen the Spin Master special they do on almost every Race Day Live and they seem to only (and understandably) show the Spin Master toys. They do have kids with the 1:10 scale as well so a good imagination is the key since they look a little ridiculous in scale. As long as everyone is having fun!!
Is this the track that they always show kids using on the broadcast? I've seen the bikes for sale but could never find the track that they show them on.
No, this looks way better than the one on the broadcast.
No it is not. I believe the one on the broadcast is specifically made for the Fan Fest and not for sale. It is pretty cool, super rugged, and made at a scale that "fits?" smaller and bigger models. MOTO Kit from LukToyz is modular so if you get tired of the layout, change it! You will need to choose a way you want to secure the pieces so they don't slide all over but there are many ideas depending on where you are placing them.
I like your eye for detail! I have nothing against the one shown on the broadcast but I believe the MOTO Kit is a huge step above. Check out the website for 10 unique and interesting layouts. Make your own! I have some crazy setups using more than one kit.

The one they show on the broadcast doesn't really look fun. The whoops are so compressed that a toy can't really go up and down in them.
For my 3 y/o, I bought 22 lbs of the natural Kinetic sand and 3D printed some jump molds to form jumps easier. But this looks really good.
Super cool ! and I love that You have the tough blocks and the sections can be moved around.
I think that some flat sections might be worth offering too. For the start straight and to make a more realistic track. A mostly flat section shouldn't be too hard to made right? If kids are playing on carpet or a surface that is very different from the track it would be worth it. I guess if kids are playing on carpet they could have a sand section by going through the carpet .
I was looking at the first example , looks almost like the AX track I broke my foot on. Except the AX track had 1 lane without any jumps. Maybe its just me as an adult over thinking. If I ever get the expansion done I want to do, I think it would be cool to have one of those for kids to play on while Their parents shop. And also just as artwork.
Very cool, are they vacuum formed? Where's the mud section? Just kidding. Looks like a perfect project for a vacuum form machine.
Mine are hollow underneath so you can use Kinetic Sand with them as well. I want to take these to the beach and see if I can make a super long, natural layout using the pieces as molds. This is about as crazy as you can go on the dinner table and floor. (if you had multiple sets)

They are vacuum formed, by hand, by me. It is a tough process (thus the steeper pricing) but you will get a unique product that you can't find anywhere else. And throw mud on them and make a mudder, I don't care. It is your set and your house.
Way too many whoops. What are they thinking, don’t they know how unsafe that is !
