The equivalent at the MXoN would be like the event ending up with 1 race,with a gold ,silver ,bronze
As for teams,well the MXoN has a unique scoring system so can't really be compared teamwise but like any sport,one is bigger in one country than another

The only team that may give USA a run for their money might be France or Italy. Both the Pourcels are genious on a dirtbike, and Musquin is also very good. I have a feeling Chris isn't to interested in racing a event sanctionen by Luongo but hopefully I'm wrong.

Italy have two really good riders, but that's still one short.

Yeah...USA will probably win AGAIN...

The way Villopoto brought it on a 250F the last time I would be scared if I was euro. Be afraid be very afraid!

I`m so happy I`m going to the 2010 MXDNs! I don`t care who wins, I just want to see a good international battle. Of course the Americans are going to win on home turf with the selection of riders to choose from. I hope though that CP and AC can put up a good fight - and I`ll be there to watch. It cost me two years of saving up being a poor uni student and all, but man is it worth it!

One of the best things in life you could have done. To see that kind of talent all on one track is something you may only do once in your life. Hope you have fun and see a good battle, the being poor part will pay off once you arrive. Have fun man

I've been there a couple of years ago, with RC. Its amazing. A very nice battle of countries, where all the fans are the real winners.

If CP stays healthy all season,he should dominate the mx2 class at MXdN.
I would really love to see him beat AC also. (it could happen) Smile

September must be a painful time for you mccread.

As to your post, I think there is very basically nothing Villopoto is afraid of in the motocross world. If there is anything it sure as hell isn't GP riders. I was there at Budds Creek in 2007. It was a good old fashioned beatdown by the best riders in the world. Wouldn't miss this year in Colorado for anything.

I think by the time MXDN rolls around we'll have a better idea on who is fast enough ot run with CP. Until then I think we have no legitimate clue.
