He is saying what all of the riders thinks. But the riders that has to race Jett must try to convince them self that they are at the same level as him.

Wow...

What an awesome and refreshing take on the motocross world, never thought of that, even less coming from Herlings.

To be honest is really objective regards the truth of everything happening, even saying, If i did read correctly that the new honda is amazing? Or maybe he was referring to the new KTM chassis, idno.

I'm just glad to see Herlings coming into the season under the radar. I hope he can remain healthy, and get another world title. Jeffrey and Eli, when they're in top form, are definitely the most fun riders to watch imo.

Well! when guys like Herlings and RC talk about how good Jett Lawrence is, that's sayin something. I don't know about the rest of you, but Saturdays can't get here soon enough, because this years Supercross season is so entertaining.  Love him or Hate him, Jett Lawrence brings a lot of excitement to the table every race, he's young and makes some dumb rookie moves, but for his first full year in Premier class Supercross and he's still the points leader, it's damn impressive.  I think the chances of getting injured in Supercross are so much higher than Motocross, because of how technical and precise a rider has to be to go fast and it seems like Supercross mistakes tend to injure riders much more than motocross.  The guys who've been measured and kept themselves healthy up til Daytona, but are still in the points hunt are really going to start upping their game after this weekend, it's gonna be a Dogfight til the finish, absolutely love it.  I thought some of the thoughts from Jorge Prado about Supercross were Eye opening, he's the MXGP champion and he was surprised how difficult it is, but clearly LOVES! it and wants to come back.

Reading this interview we get a glance into his ego-defense mechanisms; in his own mind, Tiga and Prado championships have asterisks because he was hurt. Total nonsense! Last season, his season ending injury happened when he was trying to keep Prado behind him. I suspect the Jett ass kissing is meant more to throw shade at Prado.

Jett is having first year SX jitters, a-la RC, Bubba etc in bike bikes. 10 years from now it will be a blur and he will be close the all time goat of SX/MX.

*Yanks flame away, but I dislike Aussies even more than you guys hate getting beaten by a foreigner….
