While our nations capital sits under a couple feet of snow - Our lawmakers (who just got back from the Copenhagen Freeze-In) are still trying to squash the coal biz over the "climate change" scam.
Meanwhile the Aussies just inked a deal to EXPORT COAL to China for the next 20 YEARS.
Wake up people.... shit!
Australian firm strikes $60B coal deal with China
Australian firm says it has struck a $60 billion coal deal with Chinese firm
BRISBANE, Australia (AP) -- Australian company Resourcehouse Ltd. said Saturday that it has struck a $60 billion, 20-year agreement to supply coal to China Power International Development Ltd., calling it Australia's biggest export contract.
The deal is the latest in a string of major contracts between Chinese firms and Australian resource companies as the Asian nation tries to secure the energy, steel and other materials it needs for its surging economy.
Resourcehouse said it would supply 33 million tons (30 million metric tons) of coal a year to the Chinese company, at a price of about $3 billion a year, for 20 years starting from about 2014.
The deal will help bring about the planned development of a series of mines and other infrastructure including a 310-mile (500-kilometer) rail line and port facilities in the Galilee Basin in northeastern Queensland state.
"When you need a lot of money there is no better place to get it than in China," said Clive Palmer, who controls privately-owned Resourcehouse.

You're also paying interest on US debt the Chinese own.
So the Aussies are selling coal to this country we're indebted to, while a lot of the people representing us want to tax coal for the dubious cause of "climate change".
Since the Chinese clearly intend to be using coal for at least 20 more years - what are the chances they will abide by any American "climate change treaty" our lawmakers might draw up?

Everyone who was born and raised in the US received the same benefit when their parents claimed the deduction assuming they had parents who worked and paid taxes...
And until you met the minimum income level where you paid taxes - you were also subsidized by the taxpayers.
When stating facts it's better to include all of them....
A lot of people don't want the gov taxing more and increasing it's role in the economy.
To just STFU and pay taxes sounds like sheep-like behavior.
Dont forget we have government funded health care too, best thing ever. I also have private health insurance, for tax reasons, plus gets you a bit better hospital, one with carpets in your room haha
