Loos good I’m just hoping it takes out the black part on frame is all
Vapor blasting will take paint off. It’s should get everything off.
Ive had 2 mountain bike frames done and it went from Powdercoat to raw, looks great.
the other option is red scotch brite and bar keepers friend. Then rinse with water.
Vapor blasting should leave it with a nice shiny look doesn’t it
Not bright shiny like polish, I would describe it as more of a sheen
That would look good as long as the black. Is gone
Scotch brite and an alloy wheel cleaner/aluminium brightener will get a pretty equal if not brighter/shinier finish if youre willing to put the effort in
I vaporblasted this 2002 CR250R frame for a guy last week. He intends to polish the side rails, so I didn't get too crazy. All the nooks 'n crannies look super clean though. I recommend it.
It will definitely get rid of the black spots. You can get all different kinds of finishes depending on what media and pressures are used. Glass bead will get it shiny but you can use aluminum oxide to get more of a brushed finish. Your frame looks pretty damn good to start with so might be worth it to just try some scotchbrite quick
What scotch Brite pads do I start with and is there a certain way to do it . I think the vapor hone be nice looking
You guys must have some decent sized blast cabinets? I wanted to get a street bike frame done. But couldn't find anyone locally who could do something that big.
The frame does not have a removeable subframe.
What’s your contact Info if I could get u to do my frame would be awesome . Of course for a feee as well too . Please let me know
