If Deegan is East, it’s wide open for West Coast Title. Kitchen, RJ, Shimoda, Smith, Thrasher historically have very similar results.
at the very least the gap between them is a lot closer than the gap to them and Deegan
That said I have Thrasher winning tho. He has the most raw speed and wins out of the bunch. Only one who could keep up with Hunter last year as well. RJ will crash out. Kitchen will be too inconsistent (better than last year but he won’t be able to fix that problem in one season). Same problem for Smith he always makes a couple goofy mistakes (dude got injured every year for like 4 years before he moved to Star). And Shimoda is just not the fastest in Supercross, his whoop speed is terrible and he doesn’t have the aggression needed to win.
So those guys are all race winners but dangerboy is on another level.
I think he has the potential. Obviously, last year, didn’t win an SX, but just watch him that last round in SLC in his heat race (before the mudder) he seemed to finally put it together and was pretty dominant over Hunter. He also was better than Thrasher, Smith, Kitchen last year. Only one who had a better SX season was RJ. But imo RJ has reached his potential he’s going on 30. Deegans not even 18, and he’s already there.
Ken Roczen raced for Germany. Wilson and Ferrandis didn't wander around draped in flags trumpeting on about Scotland and France.
I'm not talking about either of the Deegans as people, I'm criticizing some of their specific actions. Actually, I'm criticizing Brian, he's the one that puts Haiden up to all this shite.

Kroc has turned it down a few times, so has musquin,ferrandis and wilson. I guess they didnt care about their country enough. According to you,they should do it no matter what.
The problem is they don't go around waving their country's flag and bringing their country up. If he didn't do any of that nothing would be said about him not going. But when he acts like he's all about the country then doesn't go it screams fake/act to get fans and people wound up for attention. If AP turned it down you bet people would call him a fake.

Again, read my post above. Its because they didnt run around like deegan. I don't think you or anyone else that's a super fan wants to see that or admit it. If they ran around like him and said what he said they would for sure be getting criticized.

In what world was he better than Thrasher last year? Thrasher has more podiums even though he missed 4 races (including his ATL DNF). 3 seconds and a win.
Not saying he'll beat Deegan this year (I think he will but could as well be the other way round) but Thrasher was A LOT better last year (as would be expected).
