i met first met Kade at the Junior World Champs, back in 2011 (i think) and since then i've always tried to speak to him whenever i know he's at an EMX round or race that I'd be at. I was pumped that he seemed to find his calling in the off-road side of the sport, and it was awesome he's been so successful since the switch

I hate that this has happened to him, and i truly hope he can recover, because he was always such a nice and humble kid, which carried on as he became an adult

So this is the my first attempted donation through Road to Recovery. I hit the donate to Kade and I get tshirts, etc., and a shopping cart. Do I just continue through the shopping cart stuff and my donation will get to Kade. Not that social media stuff savvy. Just want to help the guy out. Help me help him. Thanks

Once you click donate it's added to the shopping cart.

Click View Cart or the shopping cart icon in the right hand corner, and it'll take you to the check out page.

From there enter your details and the donation will make its way to Kade and his family.

Kade is a good dude who lives and breathes dirt bikes. His crash is the ugly truth of Baja, made worse by the lack of response and preparation by SCORE. I truly hope he makes a full recovery.

Very good news. I heard from someone that visited him yesterday that he's now talking in short sentences too. A long road to recovery ahead.

excellent news... i saw a couple of things on FB that were positive and it's great that he has progressed as much as he has.... obviously still a way to go, but a massive effort so far from everyone!

A Thousand Miles From Nowhere

"A Thousand Miles From Nowhere" is a short film about the 7x team and the attempt to continue their winning streak at the 2023 Baja 1000. Over 1300 miles: starting in La Paz and ending in Ensenada, this would be the longest 1000 race to date for Mark Samuels and his team.

Everyone is aware that The Thousand is one of the most dangerous races. After so many victorious finishes, one would assume the script is written for the 7x team to win again; but that is where our story begins. This is a truly heart-rending story about the real dangers of racing motorcycles. Our hope for all our viewers is to get an inside look at what our team really rolls up to the starting line preparing for and accepting. This sport is far from easy, far from safe, and sure as hell far from a hospital.
