Europe sucks !!!!

I hate to say it because I'm from Europe but this article pretty much sums up the dismal state of MX in Europe right now.

They refer to the article as "MXA's personal opinion?" How can a magazine have a "personal opinion?"

It's a sad tale, but it doesn't seem like it's reporting anything new. GL's business model hasn't changed for awhile.

it's kind of a bummer, a truce gets declared and broken every three months.

We will see what happens after Luongo comes and has his meeting / luncheon this weekend at Anaheim 2.

if anyone doesn't think Luongo see's the FIM's involvement in Supercross as a means to an end they better think again.

There's actually pretty good racing in the GP's, Jay, and some terrific riders. That's a different issue from how and for whom the show is run.

Not this old retard shit again, I thought you gave up that mantra a year ago? The GPs might be on some kind of a death path? But the Nats doesn't come vital in my book either. Stew left that sinking ship didn't he? In the GPs, the top riders are at least still around and not leaving or doing SX only...

I though you guys had learned by know?

I think alot people dislike Loungo's way of trying turn the gp's into a formula 1 affair.......it just doesn't work.

Your last sentence is very arrogant. I think you'll find the people on the side of pond find the best racing is in the gp's. I get the both of best worlds, I watch Ama and Gps.

Please try not to talk for everyone by saying nobody gives a shit about over here. I'm guessing you won't give a crap when Alessi lines up for the international warm up races and the first few gp's. Because he won't bring any excitement over here...

Sorry, I know it sounded bad but my intentions were not to bash the riders or racing, I worded it wrong.

GP's have good racing that is for sure and I'm sure many people care.

I was more making reference that not one person even tried to defend or debunk the MXA report.

I have been watching all the GP's from last year on www.freecaster.tv It's crazy, because there are so many different winners. There are seven or so guys that are always battling for the top positions. The races are 35 minutes plus two, and Carioli seems to be the man in those last 5 -10 minutes. This Nagl guy from Germany rides a KTM and he must have holeshot as many GP races as the rest of the field combined. Both motos live on the internet is great. 7 out of the top ten guys are on new teams and bikes for 2010 also.

I found the article interesting, too bad the GP's are in the state they are in. It is his right to run them the way he see's fit, too bad the riders are not organized. Without them the series is nothing. Our different series have issue's also.

Just had a flick through the mxa arcticle. I'm going to bet the gp's will run into the ground by 2024 unless someone buys him out or runs a rival series.
