It was awesome to have the opportunity to race a full factory 500. However, it had its issues. The clutch would get hot when the gate dropped, expand the plates and engage itself of its own accord on the start. Plus the cool works triple clamps bent in the smallest of crashes.

Bryan raced over, I think, 3 decades. I'm sure I read reports with him racing in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
A real 'Journey Man' Racer that was at the front end for an amazingly long time.
I finally was able to get 'A Wild Ride' recently, and it looks to be quite the read - it's up shortly on my reading list. I go somewhat ape with Book Buying after New Years, spending Thousands on books, (heck, The Motion Pro published Honda Flat Track book ended up costing just on $493.00 AUD, with over $90 freight charges for quick delivery) each year. I was not able to get a Hardcover version of Bryans book, which is a bummer - soft covers are a bit delicate in my Bear Paws.
