Hey guys, I'm hoping that someone here can save my butt! First of all, I know this isn't moto related but this is a last resort. I posted in the tech help section of the site but figured it would be seen more here. I hope it's okay that I post it here. If not, feel free to delete.
I work for a small sign shop, and we have a customer that wants graphics for his 2015 Polaris Sportsman Ace. Before confirming that we could do it, I went online and searched for the template and found one so I told the guy that yes, we could do this for him. Instead of purchasing the template right away, I used the web image to design the proof, with plans on purchasing the template when he approves the design.
He just approved the design, so I went back to the website to purchase the template, and it seems the checkout portion of their site isn't working correctly. I have attempted to contact the owner of the site with no luck, and there isn't a single other template vendor that offers this template. Not to mention, our customer is wanting to pick up the graphics by the end of the weekend.
So that brings me here, hoping that one of you can save my butt! Is there anyone who happens to have this template and wouldn't mind selling it to me? This template will most likely only be used once, as we rarely do SXS graphics. I'm happy to pay anyway that you prefer, just name the price.
Thanks for taking time to read this. Keeping my fingers crossed! 🤞
Below are a couple pictures for reference.

I hope you get sorted.
Appreciate it! I've searched Google more than I ever have today, contacted several graphic companies who understandably don't want to sell their templates so now I'm hoping Vital can save the day haha.
If I can't find it, I'll have to make the template myself, which isn't fun to do but more so than that, I'd rather not have to tell the customer I don't have the template when I made it seem like I was ready to start printing. Also, he lives two hours away so he'd have to drive his SXS to the shop, drop it off and pick it up later. So now it's just a mess trying to get it all figured out.
Thanks again for the kind words!
I'm in Cape Town, South Africa and have just checked with a friend who does Graphics for the local MX industry here. He would help but does not have what you need. Those Polaris things are not even imported to SA.
Here's hoping that someone here steps up. There are a few members here that may be able to help but I'm guessing they are all sleeping.
Really appreciate you going out of your way to try and help. Means a lot!
According to a couple dealers I contacted, the Polaris Sportsman Ace isn't a very popular model either. I guess it was only made for a couple years and they stopped making it.
Thanks again!

See if you can find someone on Fiverr.com or upwork.com. I have had sewing patterns made by giving them a picture and measurements. Fiverr is typically less expensive but there will most likely be a language barrier. Upwork is usually more expensive but the communication process is usually easier and you will get a better product in my opinion.
How did you access that site? If on your phone, try it from desktop. Mobile version had an issue adding to cart and checking out, but using the desktop version seemed to work for me.
Note: I didn’t fully complete the transaction because I don’t need that template.
Appreciate the reply. I've tried on both mobile and computer using different browsers. For phone I've tried chrome and Samsung internet and on pc I tried Chrome, edge and Firefox. I can't get past this part of the checkout. The billing info is greyed out and if you try to hit continue, it says billing information is required.
Here is a link to the template

Thanks for the reply. I may look into that but I would be concerned about the different angles and pictures it would require to have someone make it from a picture. It's a UTV so the fenders has several different sides. I've made templates from pictures if there is a reference in the photo that I can use for measurements and if the picture is perfectly straight. Thanks for the info
I've had the same issue when using that site recently. I emailed the person I have dealt with there for many years. And NO response. I don't have many UTV templates and do not have this one. I'll check my bookmarks and see if any sites I have saved have this template. Good luck, and post back if You hear from or figure out what is wrong on their website.
Definitely will let you know if I find anything out or hear from them. I have used them a few times in the past but recently, if I've needed a template, I've resorted to other vendors simply because they offer instant downloads rather than waiting for an email.
It does seem though that motosportstemplates.com does have a fair amount of templates that aren't sold anywhere else though so every once in a while I'll still have to go back to them but I've never had any issues like this.
I appreciate you looking through your templates and bookmarks. I would be shocked though if you can find another vendor selling this particular model because I've spent more hours than I'd like to admit searching for it haha
Thanks for the reply!
I know its a long shot that I find it. I know I do not have it myself. And I'm sure You have found all the same sites. I've also used them less often for the same reason. And Sometimes I'll make my own templates like back when I started out. I enjoy the process of templating stuff. Mostly adding onto templates that I got someplace. Or making templates for areas of the bike that are not offered and or items that normally do not get graphics. I had a request for some Honda XR stuff and they were the only site that had the templates. I tried for a couple weeks to get ahold of them. I ended up getting the customer to make card board templates and send them to me. I wish that he had just brought the plates. But they were aftermarket and its a bike I will probably never do again. Good luck!
Templates are fun to make but definitely take some time to do. I only make them if I absolutely have to unless it's for a small piece on the bike like louvers or the back of the front fender. I've sent vinyl to customers to have them trace around the template area and it seems like they are always off a little despite looking good in a Pic.
That's so odd though that they aren't able to be reached. They have been reliable for over a decade and even have some fairly recent templates for sale so I wonder what's going on. Thanks again for all the help
Can you take the image you posted of the template, measure a panel of the vehicle and then scale the template based off your one measurement?
That can get You close. But often the template sites will distort the image so that is harder to do without tweaking and trial and error.
I've made some templates for flat areas by blowing a photo of a bike up to lifesize. But they still have to be fine-tuned. And making a Template that fits well, for a customer to install can take many hours. On a SXS I would expect multiple days to get a good fitting template made and tested, refined and retested to the point that a high quality template fits. If the customer will install the finished decals, I would not want to risk using unproven templates. Maybe if He was going to do the install too. Then He could remake a decal or trim as needed and make sure the end result was up to what the customer expected.
Yah I know customer traced stuff is often not going to fit the best. I almost never do it, and always tell people not to expect a perfect fit that way.
But Yah I thought it was very odd to not get an answer back. I figured that must be why it was not letting me check out. Something must be going on with the people or person running the site. I have sold them templates in the past and emailed back and forth a good amount. So I expected a reply in a day or 2. I spent some time looking at all my bookmarked sites and tried finding some new ones. But was unable to find anything for you. I tried reaching out to a couple people I have traded templates with and nobody had that one. Hope You were able to figure something out.
At least I’m not the only one with an issue on their website. I’ve been trying to get a template and Joanne will not respond either. With that said anyone have this template?

Have you tried wholesale cycles website? We are ycf dealers and they have sent us several templates. We do graphics as well...
