this is a longshot . does anyone know where to source this nylon gear besides having to buy
a whole new or used servo assembly .

i dig some searching and supposedly 2009 - 2022 cbr600rr exhaust servo interchange with 2002-2007 cr250 servo internals . $30 bucks instead of over $200 . here is a link for anyone in the future . I will update and let you know how it works .

If I remember correctly there is a rc car or some other type of servo motor that works better and was what HRC ran in their bike's. I belive if you go find black diamonds build you'll find all the info you could ever need for that bike.
I've been watching you tube videos that show guys. Either repairing or making new gears using baking soda and liquid super glue.

Update . success ! So the the one plastic/nylon gear that is stripped in my cr250 servo gearbox has The exact one in the cbr600 servo gearbox . Installed and works as it should . The other 2 gears aren’t the same . However i read that you swap all the gears you will come out with same gearing as oem . Anyways I bought an extra cbr600 servo as a spare . Super cheap 20 bucks
