Not Howerton doing the "scrub", pretty sure its Savitski on the Yamaha ahead of a Suzuki rider,  but I don't think its Howerton.

That was cool. Most of that film was in the New Orleans Superdome. I was there as a ~10 year old Bob “hurricane” Hannah fan. Those shitty tracks were awesome!
