RV will be on the MotoXpod Show Wednesday night. We weren’t going to do a show this week but he asked to come on to talk about the PulpMX ride day. I thought it would be cool to take some questions for him from the forum, so ask em below and we’ll try and get to them. Thanks
The one question we all have: will we see him on the broadcast at all in 24?
Did he enjoy racing the mxgp series.
Before retirement did he think of returning to race mx/sx again?

Ask him how many income sources he has. Be interesting to find out how many folks are scratching a check to RV every year.
I'm talking sponsorships like Monster, Yamaha etc. Or what businesses does he have an interest in, like restaurants, construction, his T-shirt company, Canvas, Coffee huts etc etc.
And of all those businesses which one is the most interesting to him.
Ask him if his backyard is done yet.
I enjoyed his response on a recent video interview when asked if he would make the main event in Supercross today. he immediately scoffed at the very question saying “c’mon, I mean, of course I would make the main event” and proceeded to cite 10th as a realistic goal.
love this type of question and was glad to see his fast response. I believe him.
How easy of a decision was it for him to launch his bike at JLaw!?
Ask what his favorite bike of all time is and why.
Id like to see him answer "if he could go back and start his pro mx/sx career again, would he change anything?"
I've heard him reference that maybe changing teams would have lengthened his career a little but anything else.

Ask him to rank his 4 sx titles in terms of 1. His level/performance and 2. Joy
a great question and the kind no one ever seems to ask. interviewers - get into the marrow. stop asking the same questions he's heard a thousand times.

- expound on what he thinks of James Stewart. let him talk about it. not just a short answer
- did he ever consider (or did he want to) test a Honda, KTM, etc. if he did in secret, what happened and what did he think
- what made you so determined on the track when you were so distant emotionally from the sport
- who could you not have beat in their prime
- what do you think makes you one of the most compelling racers of all time

Not expecting you to ask, and if you do I'm not expecting him to answer, but I'm convinced that when he went down in Italy he didn't bust his coccyx... to me it looks like he got the world's biggest wedgie and it bust up his front end. When he runs off the track and crouches next to the mechanics' area he's grabbing his groin. It doesn't matter either way. I don't have many tinfoil hat type convictions but that's one of them!
