Just trying to spread the word! Route 62 Mx track in martinsburg Ohio has built a state of the art indoor facility . 100%for moto . Massive indoor heated pits . Huge 6 lane track with a real sx feel. But built for amateurs! They have a big winter series scheduled for the 23-24 season and are open 5 days a week for practice . I wish it would let me upload the videos the pics do no justice. It’s fun on a Pitter but definitely a big bike track . The track is built on a 160’x320’ pad . So about 3x the size of a normal ax and a lill more then 3/4 of a sx floor

Jimmy and his family have poured their their blood sweat and I'm sure a few tears into rt62.
The heated pits are insulted and graveled, they are the size of most indoor tracks. Separate from the track so the exhaust stays away, even tho the track is well vented. There is spectators seating in the track. The bathrooms are warm also.
You won't meet a nice more approachable crew, which is mostly his family.
He also takes credit cards, which is nice.
He has 3 outdoor tracks, that he keeps very well maintained and prepped.

Fun as hell and I look forward to putting some time in there this winter. Im on a 450 and feel its definitely adequate.
maybe its time for a road trip
I rode there in the spring. Even for a non-jumper like me, I thought it was a blast. It's worth a road trip. The outdoor track is sweet too.

Looks great! We used to drive down to Kentucky from Wisconsin in the winters and race at an indoor track/building that looked just like that, Earlywine Raceway was the name I believe. Haven’t heard it brought up in a long time though.

Pretty sure it's no longer around. I had plans to head there from N. Illinois, but a friend of mine said it's gone.
Yes earlywine is gone. Rt62 is bigger then earlywine

The pits is 100x200 and fully heated . It’s literally 70 in there all winter . And is separate from the track. .

Cedar Lake Arena is another Midwest indoor track. If you are looking for sometime a little more tame than a sx track, its the place to go.
