Great to see Tanel Leok competing in his 900th mxdn, absolute hero. 

Early days yet, but Geerts has put a marker down that he will feature in MXGP next year. 

I couldn't even predict a winner at this point. I would think that Jett might be the best all around rider this year, but Prado, Febvre, Renaux, Kenny, Geerts, Gajser can also just win if they get a good start. It's gonna be unreal. I think passing is gonna be quite hard on this track because it is pretty narrow these days, start is going to be key!

Gajser has come to life the last few GP’s wouldn’t be surprised if he wins a moto, this is a Gajser track big time.

As MXGP allows more tricked out bikes vs AMA right? ...does it mean that maybe Gajsers Honda is much more 'special' than Jetts? What about the engine department, are they about equal or can one be more customised?

7:50pm in Australia, sitting under a tarp in the rain on the side of a hill waiting for foxes and wild dogs to appear in the thermals. Gonna be a long night. At least we got mxon to keep us awake

As far as I know, when it comes to engine, factory Honda mxgp and ama have the same spec, and are allowed to do the same. But Gajsers bike is completely built for him, the frame is different the foot pegs are moved.
