Considering all of the other devices made to help pro riders get the start, when will the air shifter come into play for sx/mx? If ever…

Did you forget that MX racers have to ride in ruts?

I seem to remember Bruce Bunch or Rick Hemme testing something like that on their 80s back in the early 80s.
on another note, I was mountain biking the other day, and I saw some kid with electronic derailleurs and seat post.  Very trick!

MX could learn a lot from MTB. I have wireless shifting (GX AXS) and it's one of those things you don't need until you have it and then you'll never go back!  I think MX air forks could learn from MTB forks when it comes to the ability to add volume reduction spacers. Would have been great for SMX where you can have it supple of the top but then ramp up greatly for mid-to-bottom support

I had a 1981 EC Birt YZ 60 with an air shifter. Canister was mounted behind front number plate. Never used it much though, couldn’t get used to it. It was trick though

We used the swing arm for the air tank on my buddy's drag bike

I'm trying to get my hands on an AER Air Chamber and see if I can figure out air spacers for it! not sure it will work how its build though
