Damn man.  If there's something evil about McCain... tell me.  I didn't follow his political career.  I admired his sacrifice as a military man.  The fact that he survived Vietnam at all tells me he was a bad mofo.

If he's being dissed for going toe to toe with Trump...well, you know which side I'm on.

In addition to being the warmonger neocon that swordfish mentioned, McCain was a piece of shit who talked a good game about helping vets, but either did nothing or actually voted against bills that would help vet causes.

I think we can all agree, any congress member who’s been in more then 10 years is a piece of shit who has used their position for their own personal gain while lying to their constituents about what they’re doing to help us working folk. Burn it down and start over. My son is 6, and these ass hats are spending his kids money like it’s going out of style.

Every package we send to Ukraine should be labeled, “With love from an unborn generation of American children!”

How did McCain have anything to do with our current situation in Ukraine?

He helped lay the foundation of the US backed government overthrow along with Nuland and other players. McCain was a staunch Anti Russia Neo Con.

Lots of reading material on it.

Guess I’ve got some reading to do!

Didnt McCain want to go into, or get more involved in the Syrian civil war? At a time when we were all sick of war because of the never ending Iraq and Afghanistan wars?

Remember the lovely humanitarian group ISIS which was spawned by going into Iraq. Yemen,... Somalia...Benghazi?

Ahh the memories.

If I remember right McCain single-handedly torpedoed the Obamacare rollback.

That was because of a feud with McCain that Trump's big mouth started.

From The Atlantic:

Like most of Trump’s feuds, this was one that he started. Shortly after launching his presidential campaign in 2015, Trump disparaged McCain’s military service during a question-and-answer session with the GOP pollster Frank Luntz. As a Navy pilot in Vietnam, McCain’s plane was shot down in 1967, and he was captured by the North Vietnamese. He spent more than five years as a prisoner of war in Hanoi, where he was repeatedly beaten and tortured.

“He’s not a war hero,” Trump scoffed. “He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”

McCain;

Bomb, bomb, bomb, Iran.

We're all Odessans now, (yeah they've been fucking around in Ukraine a long, long, time.) That was back in 08.

I agree that Trump started the feud, but because he got his feelings hurt, he screwed the country and went against what he ran on.

They both needed to grow up.

Speaking of Syria, my VP’s son in law is an A10 pilot and is deploying to Syria this week.

We don't hear much about our involvement there.  If the Warthog is there...it's not alone.

They’ve had a squadron there since March/April to deal with Iran.
