2024 50th Anniversary KX Limited Edition

I am going to guess this is a one-year run with this being a limited edition which anybody who raced on green bikes in the early 90s, is going to have an automatic "I have to have one" reactions.  If this is a one-year run, it kind of sucks if you ride 250s..  The new 450 bodywork is fantastic, the silencer no longer requires its own zip code, but that does not help the 250 which won't get updated until next year.  It just kind of sucks the excitement out of the limited edition for the 250 guys.  I realize it is just graphics, a seat cover, and rims, but would still be nice to roll off of the showroom floor like that.

It is great to see all of the anniversary editions coming out, Kawasaki knocked this one out of the park.

I had a 1990 KX250 and a 1991 KX125 with blue fork tubes.  I so regret selling those bikes. It’s depressing.

I have some 1993 graphics on my kx450. I had a 93 kx125 and brings back good memories seeing the 90s theme. Guess I’m the demographic they are selling to and it’s working because I will be getting the limited edition. So far it appears they fixed the items I wanted addressed. Front brake, exhaust, filter. Hopefully power is better on top and the chassis changes are for the better. I’m not a fan of major changes when a bike works well and this last generation was just about perfect for me.

What about a Retro KX Smoker we did for a Polisport promotion?   Hot, or not?

I'd love to see one with blue forks ,I've heard the suspension sucked during thos years though. Those blue forks bring back memories of reading magazines in school and drooling over new bikes
