Wondering if anyone else is having issues with their 23 350 running like crap? Seems like it’s far too rich. Riding around the pit at 1/4 throttle it blubbers and sputters and even will do the same when revving in the air. I also have issues with stalling this bike in low speed sections (especially in the woods) where roll speed is slow and getting on the gas hard at the exit of the turn. I’m really hoping there’s a less expensive fix than buying a Vortex and GET for $1000.
How many hours? Has it done this since new? Sounds like you might have gotten some bad gas or your fuel filter is getting clogged.
18 hours on it currently and it’s done it since new. I’ve changed out the inline fuel filter twice and doesn’t seem to have any effect. If your wide open throttle, it pulls great and runs hard. It’s just the low RPM stuff that it struggled with. Raced a harescramble a month ago and it stalled out over 30 times in the course of two hours.
You need to get that back to the dealer asap. This sounds like an issue they should be taking care of.
All the austrian bikes do that lol. I have heard it can be a fixed via TPS setting but I havent tried that yet.

I mean my 23 ktm 350sfx doesn’t do it. So to say all Austrian bikes do is a stretch. On the low rpm stalling have you raised the idle a little?
Something's not right, they definitely don't do that. Lots of engine braking and easier flame outs when the engines real new, under 3 hours. But no that's not normal at all
Yes, there is an issue w most of that model The maker is getting complaints Worked on one today Part of the correction so far is the TPS setting Needs to be bumped from 5.2-5.4 idle set at 2000rpm Tested w Vortex also, was a little crisper at idle to quarter Work more at tomorrow Bike has less than 10 hrs, 91 fuel , full exhaust
Is setting the tps the same as previous models?
Yes, raised idle and still no better. This thing is driving me nuts; it’s so good when it’s in the higher RPMs and handles awesome. Definitely has me bummed out because it’s 90% of the way to being my favorite bike I’ve ever owned.
If there is a temperature or altitude change the ECU needs to reset. Start bike, do not touch the throttle. Let it idle until coolant reaches @180F. Shut it off. Restart and ride. Hope this helps.
