Vet classes are so stacked these days. Seems like the level of competition has risen in all classes the last few years

Deegan, Kitchen, theyve all milked B "because they were young"  then went pro.. Similar to past professionals milking Lorettas vet classes.. B is the new A. A is for guys who factories aren't quite sure about....

Casey needs to race pro sport with that factory support and ex pros need to race VET nationals......

Hopefully the rut o cross wanna be gncc track preppers do less of the 368744456533 gallons of water disked half way to China type work and take a page out of millvilles prep book.. half way to China prep is ruining moto.. it ain't moto anymore.. it's a sabotaged race surface...

Almost every rider complained about millville prep this year lol and the martins even said it was an issue with a tractor or the tiller. Lorettas provided 8-10 lines everywhere. Lorettas is a great track for passing and separates people.

I need to Google and get times when it’s going to be streamed.  Also need to sign up for 11 bucks a month racertv.com app on YouTube tv.

You don't need to pay anything to watch, it's just on YouTube.

Pro level throttle-opening does wonders for how a bike sounds doesn't it 😂 The only FI 300's I've seen in person have sounded kinda flat and boring (and I love two strokes as much as the next man), awesome video and can't wait to see the Brownie/Fro races

Is Casey Cochran racing he wasn't timed in practice? Or maybe didn't use his transponder?

Yea you aren’t required to run transponder in practice so some top guys opt out for whichever reason.

I'm guessing Kimble Jett didn't run a transponder either.

How did Deegan milk the B class?  He raced the B class one year after moving up from Supermini.

Kitchen ran two years of schoolboy/125 and didn't win a title.  He then moved up to B for 250/450, won titles and moved to A.

I guess so. He is definitely here. Went up Wednesday. Haven’t spoken to him since he left though.

I know Ferry's not in the same league as Beaumer and Dax, but he could be even more off because he's ridden (at least) 3 different brands this year. He raced Futures on a Yamaha, I'm sure he's been testing the hell out of the Triumph lately, and now he's riding a GasGas. Not a lot of time to get solid on the bike when you switch brands that much.

Good to hear, he didn't show up on practice timing.

Yeah that can definitely mess up your game I was curious on the switch to gas gas he's been on Yamaha forever

Choosing GasGas instead of going back to a Yamaha has me scratching my head as well. Maybe it feels closest to the Triumph?

90% chance rain Thursday, 60% Friday, 40% Saturday. Gonna get messy.

That's an interesting thought maybe frame Flex power delivery closest to the triumph?

Am I wrong in thinking even Fro can't beat Brownie? Just by virtue of how much racing and training Brown still does

450 - 450, I think he would stand a real shot, but 250/300 2-stroke against Brown's 350/450 is going to be tough without some things going Fro's way.

I'll never forget riding Glen Helen back in '97 on my '96 YZ125 and thinking I was flying...when all of a sudden I heard a bike closing in behind me that sounded like it was revved to the limiter and angry. Next thing I know, I see a green flash to my left hand side that blows past me to the point where I literally panicked and let off...

I see a #3 Jersey and "EMIG" on the back of a green/blue Shift Jersey. Within 2 corners he was GONE. I was 16 at the time and vividly remember in that moment, how awestruck I was that someone I not only looked up too just blew me out of the water so effortlessly, but more so the fact that a human could be going that fast on a dirt bike...on a beat to hell, baked out track like GH was that day. It was awe-inspiring and I was just simply stoked to know that Jeff Emig blew my doors off, knowing right then and there that I had the honor of riding the same track next to my hero, although it crushed my dreams of ever being that fast. Laughing

I can still hear his factory KX250 screaming behind and past me as I write this. Great memory.
