Is there a way to pause listings for when you are going out of town and won’t be able to ship for a week or two?
Yup! Currently available on the website "vacation mode" will hide your listings and you can turn it off when you're back in town. This feature will be included in our app update this week.
Hey everyone, another big app update just released.
- We redesigned the entire profile page in the app, and can now add multiple bikes, favorite brands, sizes, etc.
- All new categories on the home page if you hit the "see all", you can view all the categories on MX Locker.

Please reinstate the Listing interface feature that lists the Seller's net proceeds after MX Lockers fees are applied to the sale. In this request, we are asking that you include deductions from the shipping fee specified by the Seller as well - which was not shown previously.
It was frustrating when shipping fees were not shown originally, but now that nothing is shown at all --- so now requesting both.
We look forward to the transparency for the Seller to more readily determine the price and shipping.
Hi Rider5280, we are as transparent as possible showing you the exact MX Locker fee, and processing fee. If you are using our new feature of using an MX Locker Shipping Label, the buyer pays for shipping at checkout, we provide you with a pre-paid label upon selling your item, and the price the buyer pays for shipping is not added to your payout. Just used mxlocker for the first time. I purchased some astars tech 10. Well I tried anyway. Apparently the seller didn't update his current catalog because he was "at the beach," his words, and the boots had already sold out. So the STILL charged my card. Currently trying to get a hold of someone at mx locker with no luck so far. I was looking forward to using this site more often after my purchase, but it looks like that won't happen.

Your order is fully protected by MX Locker. We hold money in escrow until your item is received, or your money back. Our support team answered your ticket in a timely manner and has already offered you the option to upgrade you to another colorway or find you a replacement pair. We hold our sellers accountable for keeping listings up to date and have strict policies in place when they fail to do so. Sometimes, stuff falls out of our control and we do our best to satisfy every customer possible on MX Locker.

When I go to dirt bikes and sort by price descending, it doesn't seem to work. This is on Chrome and Safari (MacOS).
Then when I click one of the pages (in the pagination nav) at the bottom I get this...

Curious about the money trail. This explanation seems to leave out the details of where the money is held for the week-ish after a Seller makes a sale.
Maybe this answer is meant to be matched to a different question?
Another question:
Why do I never have a balance immediately when a Buyer marks the item(s) as received and when I get emails from MXLocker that I have been paid, it still is many hours later (if not days) before I see the money?
This is why I am curious about the money trail - who's hands are holding this money and why so long?

I just sold an exhaust on there recently, and after the buyer got my exhaust, and checked it as received I still had to wait days to get my money even though I got an email saying “you’ve been paid”. Then wait another 1-3 days for it to get into my account. When I asked what the delay was they kept blaming their payment partner Stripe.
Overall it’s wasn’t a very good first time experience selling plus they got $100 from my sale. I removed my other item and will just sell it locally
