"It should be good."

James is the biggest offender on that one.

That's the original. That and "MXer's got knobby balls" bumper stickers were all over.

How about "the hot set-up" or "flying W".

Ralph Sheneen had one few years ago...

"He's just gettin his teeth wet"

Then followed it up with...

"He must have a mechanical"...not sure the rider but they were comin down the start straight and he put his head down to duck roost with his visor and Sheneen convinced himself that he was lookin down at the motor with a "mechanical"

Glad that tool is gone!!

Back in the day, and oh, I hate when some punk says, 'Back in the day' speaking of the '90's, but way back yonder you would hear some know it all dad say, 'If you drop her, don't let her die.'. A good one you hear now and then is, 'I fell on the holeshot.'. The all time classic though is, 'When the power band kicks in.'.

I won third place! WTF?

I guess the only thing worse would be winning a DNF or DNS.

Wasn't it Larry on MotoWorld that used to say, "keep your wheels on the ground and keep reaching for the stars?" Something like that, anyway.

Yeah, you're right except it's "and your feet on the pegs". Doesn't sound like he rode much MX does it?
