An Absolute Fucking Goddess amongst mortals. An amazing human that was so much more than just an artist or just a "Rock Star". A truly beautiful soul. A very difficult & tortured life that eventually evolved into the recognition and reverence she deserved and had certainly earned...the hard way.

Madam, you are already missed by "generations".

What a career and what a repertoire of great songs. Tina also starred alongside Mel Gibson in Mad Max, "Beyond the Thunderdome". 10 yrs ago she packed up and bought a house up in the mountains of Switzerland where she lived her last years in peace.

Gone at 83. What a wonderful journey she lived and she will be remembered as one of the Greats.

May She Rest in Peace.

One of the greats, who persevered through some really tough times, in an industry which chews up and spits out its performers, especially female ones. RIP, Tina.

Reminds me of a guy at my work who apparently wasn’t informed that “.” exists for sentences not requiring any special emphasis. Every one of his emails is all exclamation points, lol…

Haha 😆

My wife has a habit of using bold font in a text with exclamation marks. Drives me nuts.

Her: YOU’RE STILL STOPPING AT THE STORE AFTER WORK!!??! RIGHT!?!?!?

Me: What the heck are you yelling at?

 Her: I wasn’t yelling.

Then learn to type!!!!!

She was one incredible artist. I grew up listening to her songs on the radio. When one came on , you knew it was her. She gave this world certain songs that will be around for a very long time , and will out live anyone in this board , or anyone you'll ever know . RIP Mrs Turner.

A  while back the wife and I were  flippin each other shit, and I said to her "Oh, so you want to play Ike & Tina". Her response was "as long as i get to be Ike!"  Im glad that she got away from that no good s.o.b. and was way more success without him. May she rest in peace.

I'm sorry but that is Zurin Villanueva from "TINA: The Tina Turner Musical".

Here's the real legend:

 May she rest in peace.
