Prompted by the Eli video thread, just to appreciate what we'll be missing.
I'll start with a couple, this is a comp of the old Fly 150 jump at Hangtown from 2015 the year he went nuts before wrecking himself in Colorado.
Same, year, he was just hammering that track.

Shot this right after his first, I believe, 250 SX win. 2011 San Diego.
2019 Hangtown mudder, I went through two tanks of T2 in my rented chainsaw for the second Moto, giving it the beans every lap for Eli. We ran over to the podium after the Moto to catch Eli with the champagne bottle already cracked and him about 20’ across the way….I fired up the chain saw right as Eli was about to spray the crowd. The second he heard it he stopped and ran straight over to me and my wife and absolutely destroyed us with the entire bottle. It was amazing and Racer x snapped a photo of it!! He’s a fucking legend and I’m so gutted for the way this sx season ended for him.

Can you give me the clifnotes of his 2015 year? Was he just annihilating guys before his crash? What was going on?
One of mine from Southwick a handful of years ago.
Here's a couple of my favorites I was able to get at Des Nations last fall. The feeling of hearing the crowd roar as Eli came down the first hill in the lead after the start is something I will never forget....
Not my picture. During the Covid Orlando Supercrosses I was flagging and I searched out GuyB to apologize because I got banned for being a jackass. Drunken posting, who knew it could go bad? Anyway, we were standing there talking during opening ceremonies and he says: "Hang on" and with one hand takes an absolutely killer photo. There is a difference between a guy who takes pictures and a photographer.
