I feel like the all blue shit on a yammy looks dorky as hell!

Sold the YZ and moved onto greener pastures. It's great being into old bikes at a young age, the modifications piss the old guys off Laughing Currently putting a hydraulic clutch conversion on it and the old geezers on the FB group weren't happy

Pretty much everything has been mentioned already that I can think of but I will add that anytime I saw dudes with those baggy MX pants like LBZ it always made me cringe. Not only did I really not like the look at all but it kinda freaked me out thinking the baggy pants could get caught up in the sprocket/chain.  I always wore baggy jeans when riding my BMX bike and would get caught in the chain once in a while.

I shredded so many nice jeans riding bmx around 2002-03. Then the rear cassette hub and 25t front became a thing and was thankful to never have that issue again. Memories

I never understood this. There’s some brands out there I really like and make a damn good product so why not?

I go by that logic as well.

Not that some squid like me having their logos on board helps them, but I always liked the principle of repping and supporting good companies.

Options are gonna be non-existent or at least seriously limited for most of us if we can only run logos / graphics from sponsors etc.

I prefer to run just the OEM graphics or plain plastics but I always found it weird that when people buy graphics they accept just that there is random company logos on them to fill up space.

Yeah this is kinda what I'm getting at.

Nothing wrong with running some FMF or Dunlop or whatever logos if that's what you use and like but I always giggle when guys have Renthal, Hinson, etc. etc. that came on some pre-made graphics kit and their bike has never had a single part from those companies on it.

*Edited to add, this is all in good fun.  I truly don't give a fuck if folks do ANY of the stuff listed in this thread as long as they are out enjoying riding dirt bikes!*

Exactly, also the people that get graphics that have the graphics company name huge on the shrouds, pay us $150 for graphics with our huge logo on them.

I’m really big on the “Team” racing graphics personally. 7AC1CB58-1B9B-4B75-9571-DC1B3EE4DCEA.jpeg?VersionId=lxc4Nyf14CZ7KXidIeKvLARQ

I only every see the KTM guys fully kitted. Pretty sure there’s a lineup at the local shop when new orange bolts, lawn chairs, umbrellas, or coffee mugs come in.
