His name is Bill West.
We traveled the road together.
Saw him just yesterday with an awesomely restored 1978
OW Yamaha worksbike that Hannah raced. He was taking
it down to show off at the Monsters of Moto-X deal at the
request of Tom White.
Bill & Burgett won the AMA 500 National Championship together.
Great guy.............

Is that an early version of the B.A.S.S ? ( Brake Actuated Suspension System ) .
