That was a nasty crash. They really should have more dirt in the stadiums, seems like there was a ton of sheets of plywood in that area. Maybe like a small “water truck road” around the stadium graded for the mule and emergency services. And if a racer goes off track maybe it’s not as devastating as flying through the air and landing on concrete.
The bigger the are, the harder they fall unfortunately. I know having all the extra dirt would be expensive to cover plywood outside the track. But what about those foam squares you can use as flooring in exercise rooms and stuff? The stuff is pretty cheap even at like Harbor Freight in small quantities, I assume if needed a few thousand square feet could get it for like $.25 a square foot or so.
Saw he left in ambulance. Hoping for a quick return.
On one of the Pulp pods, Phil Nicoletti said that if they leave in an ambulance Feld pays 25k worth of the medical bills. But that’s only if they use the ambulance.
I've heard it said that there's 2 kinds of motocrossers.
1) Those that have broken their collarbones.
2) Those that are going to break their collarbones. ...

Does AC joint separation fit into this? I think a break might be better than tearing all the ligaments.
