Does anyone have a solution- need USFS approved sparky for 2023 KTM XC-F

I just bought a new 2023 KTM 250 XC-F and the only spark arrestor I can find is on a FMF Muffler.  It is closed course comp only.  I need a USFS approved SA to race the local events on public lands.  Did I buy a bike I can't race?!

PC comes with one and Yosh has an optional part you buy separate from the muffler/exhaust. FMF has two different exhausts. One is $400. I don't know much about it other than it is black instead of blue and made of aluminum instead of titanium.

Using fastway on my 23 and it works great.
